What's the atmosphere like at our dealership? Do we offer a good shopping experience? We check our own feedback regularly because your opinion matters. If a customer has a problem we go out of our way to fix it, not because we don't want to lose a star, but because we care. I found a place where a handshake and a smile still works! Everyone welcomed not only me but my family with open arms. They had games and snacks for the kids, my wife was led off by another woman to shop for clothes, it just felt great. Everything was explained so well that I didn't have any questions. Chris in Sales, Jason in Parts, and Megann in Clothing/Accessories made the purchase of our new (used) Harley a great experience. REVIEWS ON BUYING A MOTORCYCLE

Chris is the best! He worked with me on my trade to make sure I found the right bike for me without pressuring me to make a decision. It took a couple days to get the deal done, but I ended up riding off on a 2016 Super Glide Special and couldn't be happier! The rest of the staff was very helpful as well and I am looking forward to getting to know everyone better as I attend different events at the dealership! As a new rider I wanted the perfect first bike. Im happy to be able to find my new ride at H-D in Allen Texas! The entire staff and store was amazing from start to finish.  Billy greeted me at the door Tuesday evening and we discussed the type of bike I was looking for.  Chris then took over assisting me with my selection.  My girlfriend and I discussed and looked online.  Turns out the bike we were interested in was at the Garland location.  Tyler and Chris went out of their way to tell me about the bike before Chris and I went to go look.  The Garland staff (Lane) was very helpful as well.  They had the switchback transferred to Allen location.  We made the purchase Friday evening after work.  Jeff in financing was super cool, and treated Brandy and me great.  Derick back in service was also great. He made sure the bike was completely up to spec and cleaned before we left.  Would totally recommend this team and location to anyone looking for their 1st Harley or are long time riders.
Wanted to add Fallon to this review. She was super great and very helpful assisting with helmets and riding gear. Fallon helped Brandy select the right jack for warm and cold weather riding.  Was extremely helpful with helmet selection and fit.  Really top notch all the way around. -- Eric Church on Google

My wife and I have been trying to figure out if and or what we might want in a motorcycle. The staff was patient while we sat on every bike in the place. Thanks Gus and Dillon. Once we completed that we worked with Jason to personalize it just the way we wanted to my the bike fun and comfortable for both of us. Meghan in motor clothes helped us get fitted with the right gear and John in the business department was great explaining the ins and outs of warranties, service programs, and tire and wheel coverage. H-D® OF DALLAS SERVICE DEPARTMENT REVIEWS

I have used the service dept at Harley Davidson of Dallas for 15 years and they always treat me with respect. I have used Brandon Bahe as my service writer for the past 12 years. He has always kept me informed as to the condition of my bike and what is coming up on service. These things are important to me because I run a Tire and service center and that is what my customers expect.He always goes out of his way to take care of my needs. -- Farley Anderson on Google

I went to Harley Davidson of Dallas/Allen to get two new tires. Brandon the service tech on inspection spotted a few minor oil leaks. Brandon saw I had the extended warranty and addressed these issues with me. When I ask him could those issues be taken care of today. Brandon assured if I want to wait on the bike or come back later all repairs would be completed.
The mechanic Nick and I spoke and he assured me the getting the repairs done today would not be an issue. I advised Nick and Brandon that I would wait on the repairs. Nick completed all the check list in a few hours. I am very pleased with the work Nick did on my 2013 Ultra Limited.

We own 2 Harley Street Glides, a 2012 and a 2014.  We needed both inner fairings painted, new handlebars and some routine service done. Shane Huntemann in the service department was incredible in helping us get this done. They offered a great price and a quick turn around on the painted inner fairings and got the handlebars installed very quickly for us. He was also very helpful when, after riding with the new handlebars for a few days, I needed to bring it in to have them adjusted for my riding comfort. He was able to get them adjusted while I waited and suggested I sit on the bike when they were being adjusted to make sure they were exactly where I needed them to be. Shane is very thorough when checking in your bike for service to make sure that your bike will be completely taken care of.  We have purchased 3 bikes from this dealership and would highly recommend them. -- Chris Moore on Google

Recently was hit on my bike. Had it taken to Allen Harley for 2nd opinion. I am not able to walk on my own, the minute I got out of the car someone was there to open door. Brandon in collision would not release my bike till he spoke directly to me!! Told insurance they would have to wait...In the past I have bought parts from them, everyone who works there always seem to go out of their way to make sure I was taken care of, hard to find these days.
